This medium-sized feed production line includes: Crusher + Conveyor + Mixer + Conveyor + Feed Pellet Extruder + Air Conveyor + Dryer + Air Conveyor + Seasoning Machine + Air Conveyor + Cooler + Air Conveyor + Finished Product Silo. Capacity range: 200-800 kg/h, capable of producing floating fish feed pellets, dry cat/dog foods, shrimp feed, and other aquatic feed pellets. This fish feed extruder machine line is used for aquaculture feed pellets manufacturing. Applications include:
By changing the feed machine mould, you can produce various pellet shapes and sizes from 0.4mm to 15mm, suitable for feeding from baby fish to large fish.
Floating fish feeds offer excellent water stability (won't dissolve within 16-32 hours) with minimal water pollution. The spongy, porous floating pellet feed for pelagic fish floats on water surface, making it easy to observe fish feeding and growth patterns, facilitating scientific management.
